Cookie & Storage Policy

1. Overview
SplitWinner ("we", "us", "our") is a mobile app. We use on-device storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and protect your Kalshi credentials. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not track you across other apps or websites.
2. What We Store on Your Device
A mobile app does not use browser cookies the way a website does. Instead, SplitWinner stores a small amount of data locally on your device:

Your session token and Kalshi credentials are held in the operating system's secure keychain/keystore and are never written to ordinary storage and never sent to our servers.
3. Analytics and Crash Reporting
We use two third-party services to understand usage and fix problems. Neither is used for advertising or cross-app tracking:

4. What We Do Not Use
- No advertising or retargeting cookies or identifiers
- No cross-app or cross-site tracking
- No social-media tracking widgets (Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, etc.)
- No device fingerprinting and no IP-based geolocation tracking
- No selling or sharing of personal information for behavioral advertising
5. Managing On-Device Storage
You can clear SplitWinner's on-device storage at any time:
- Sign out removes your session token.
- Disconnect Kalshi in the app removes your stored Kalshi credentials from your device.
- Uninstalling the App, or clearing its data/storage in your device settings, removes all locally stored data, including preferences and credentials.
You can also limit analytics at the OS level by enabling your device's "Limit Ad Tracking" / "App Tracking Transparency" controls, though SplitWinner does not use advertising tracking in any case.
6. "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control
Because SplitWinner does not engage in cross-app tracking, behavioral advertising, or the sale of personal information, your experience is the same regardless of any "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Where required by applicable state privacy law, we honor such signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — though we do not sell or share personal information in the first place.

8. Changes to This Policy
