1. General Disclaimer

SplitWinner is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing in this app constitutes financial, investment, gambling, or trading advice. SplitWinner is not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, financial planner, or licensed financial professional under any federal or state law. SplitWinner is not a sportsbook and does not accept or place wagers of any kind. We do not place trades for you.

You should not rely on any information provided by SplitWinner — including predictions, analysis, or AI-generated responses — as a substitute for your own independent research and judgment. The data generated by SplitWinner is not a recommendation as to whether or how you should use it in your own betting or trading. All decisions regarding betting, trading, or financial activity are solely your responsibility.

2. Prediction Accuracy

SplitWinner uses machine-learning models to generate probability estimates for sporting events across NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, NCAAF, and NCAAB. You should understand:

  • ML models are statistical tools that estimate probabilities — they are not guarantees of outcomes
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results. Historical accuracy metrics do not predict future profitability
  • Model accuracy varies by sport, season, sample size, data quality, and market conditions
  • Predictions may be based on incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate third-party data
  • No prediction, regardless of confidence level, should be treated as a certainty
  • Models are retrained periodically and may produce different results over time
  • Predictions should not be the sole basis for any wagering or trading decisions

3. Performance Data

Performance statistics displayed in the App (including win rate, ROI, units, and pick counts) are based on historical data and are provided for transparency purposes only. You should understand:

  • Past performance does not predict or guarantee future results. Historical win rates and ROI are backward-looking metrics
  • Performance data reflects scored predictions (wins and losses only) and excludes pushes, pending, and unsettled outcomes
  • ROI and unit calculations assume standardized sizing and may not reflect your actual returns
  • Model performance varies by sport, season, market conditions, and sample size
  • The presentation of performance data does not constitute a guarantee, warranty, or promise of similar outcomes

CFTC Rule 4.41 — Hypothetical Performance Disclosure

Hypothetical or simulated performance results have certain limitations. Unlike an actual performance record, simulated results do not represent actual trading. Also, since the trades have not been executed, the results may have under-or-over compensated for the impact, if any, of certain market factors, such as lack of liquidity. Simulated trading programs in general are also subject to the fact that they are designed with the benefit of hindsight. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profit or losses similar to those shown.

4. SplitWinnerGPT™ Disclaimer

SplitWinnerGPT is powered by Claude, a third-party large language model by Anthropic. When using SplitWinnerGPT™:

  • AI responses are generated algorithmically and may contain errors, hallucinations, or outdated information
  • AI-generated analysis does not constitute professional advice of any kind
  • The AI may misinterpret questions, provide irrelevant analysis, or present incorrect statistics
  • Always verify important information independently before acting on it
  • AI outputs should be treated as one data point among many, not as authoritative guidance

5. Trading Risk Warning

Prediction-market trading involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of the funds in your Kalshi account.

  • You place every trade yourself. SplitWinner does not execute, automate, or manage trades on your behalf — there is no auto-execution and no auto-sell
  • Trades you place based on ML predictions may lose, because predictions may be incorrect
  • Market conditions can change rapidly, and orders may be filled at unfavorable prices
  • System errors, API outages, or connectivity issues may affect order placement
  • You should only trade with funds you can afford to lose entirely
  • SplitWinner is not responsible for any trading losses, regardless of cause

SplitWinner is not Kalshi. SplitWinner provides a self-service helper that matches a prediction to a Kalshi market and lets you place an order yourself; your Kalshi credentials are stored only on your device and never reach our servers, and no Kalshi market data is stored or used in our machine-learning operations. Your Kalshi account is governed by Kalshi's own Terms of Service, Data Terms of Use, and regulatory framework, and you are responsible for complying with them. Kalshi, Inc. is a designated contract market (DCM) regulated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC). SplitWinner is not registered with the CFTC and has no control over Kalshi's platform, markets, settlement, or fund custody.

6. Third-Party Data

Predictions and analysis on SplitWinner are derived from publicly available third-party data sources. We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any third-party data
  • That betting lines and odds displayed reflect current market conditions
  • That data sources will remain available or consistent
  • That statistical information has not been altered, delayed, or omitted by the original source

7. Geographic Restrictions

Availability of SplitWinner is determined by your app store region and may be further restricted in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. We are under no obligation to provide access from all locations.

Use of SplitWinner does not create a fiduciary, advisory, broker-client, or any other professional relationship between you and SplitWinner. No communication from SplitWinner — whether through predictions, analysis, or SplitWinnerGPT™ — should be construed as personalized advice tailored to your specific financial situation.

  • Reliance on ML predictions or AI-generated analysis
  • Trades you place on your Kalshi account
  • Inaccurate, delayed, or incomplete third-party data
  • System downtime, errors, or interruptions
  • Unauthorized access to your account or device
  • Account suspension, restriction, or termination
  • Force majeure events, including third-party service outages
