Three surfaces. One audited engine.

§ 02How we work
Three rules.
These are the rules we hold ourselves to. They sit underneath every product surface and every line of copy on this site.

Proof, not pitch.
Every public claim maps to a mechanism in the code, a row in the database, or an anchor in the audit trail. No statement that can't be re-derived from the data.

Calibrated, not confident.
The model only commits when it can justify a probability. Conformal sets render the model's uncertainty as a first-class output — not a footnote.
03
Publicly verifiable.
The verifier is open-source and runs on any machine. The Bitcoin timestamps aren't under our control. We make claims we can't quietly retract.

OPERATIONS.md states key custody, hosting, backups, and known gaps in public; diligence reads the same documents everyone does. Your settled record is yours.
